We want you and your companion to love every piece from The Maison Pets. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make things right.
30-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Simply contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions within one business day.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? The fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. We're happy to help you find the perfect fit before you do.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or engraved items (such as custom identity tags and personalized harnesses), as they are made to order.
- Items marked Final Sale.
- Used or worn items, or items returned without original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
