We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Free): 5–10 business days

Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (additional charges apply at checkout)

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@themaisonpets.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
